Just started as a new article. I think an article is justified because of the mine's prominence as a state park open to the public, because of the several prominent experiments there, and because a (previously broken) link to "Soudan Mine" already existed in another article. Merge with Soudan Underground Mine State Park

Activities at the park center around the mine and associated equipment, and the mine is entirely within the park. Right now, the two articles are mostly duplicative, and I don't think there's enough material distinctly about one or the other to keep them separate.
