Future?
[edit]The article says, "The idea is that technical analysis and fundamental analysis are flawed because they require the evaluation of the past performance of securities in order to predict future returns of the securities". Well, future prices depend on future events, and future events can absolutely not be known. - Jerryseinfeld 23:58, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- It sounds like you agree with the statement. mydogategodshat 00:39, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Flaw
[edit]"The flaw of these investing methods is that past market returns are no indication of future returns." This has been edited for using the POV word "flaw". Fundamental and technical analysis are controversial subjects, and this article is not a place for the debate. Shawnc 09:28, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
