Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cecilier
Cecilier was proposed for deletion. This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion. This page is no longer live. Further comments should be made on the article's talk page rather than here so that this page is preserved as an historic record. The result of the debate was delete.
The term Cecilier leaves no trace on the Net. I'm not sure it really exists. Can anybody confirm. And if it does exist, it doesn't have the potential to grow to a full article. Sander123 15:45, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Most hits seem to be in the Scandinavian languages, possibly as a form of the girls name Cecilia. Anyway, delete as a neologism, and before anyone asks, wiktionary doesn't want this crap. Dunc|☺ 15:56, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)

- Delete. Speedied once when the work of two anons, now a third anon has recreated it. See my comments in Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Ceciliantas, and expect more. Andrewa 20:27, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Speedy Delete as nonsense, otherwise as dicdef nn. Wyss 21:40, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Nonsense. Jayjg 22:31, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. It's a reference to Ceciliantas and should be a redirect to the same, but doesn't warrant its own article. taion 00:43, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Comment: You might like to read both the introduction to Wikipedia:Votes for deletion and the whole of Wikipedia:deletion policy a little more carefully. Delete and redirect are different and incompatible options. No change of vote. Andrewa 03:38, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)
