Suicide King is a reasonably common term for the King Hearts. The Queen of Spades is also called the Black Bitch. Scottbeck 09:53, 4 Sep 2004 (UTC)

I've heard that the King of Diamonds (with an ax pointing toward his head) is also a suicide king. anyone else hear anything like this?--CallmeNiel 08:52, 15 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This page dosen't explain why the king has a sword going through his head.

I have heard that the sword was originally an axe but got pushed into and behind the kings head due to printing process leaving only the handle which was then changed to be a sword. Also the King of Diamonds appears to be praying which says to me that he is being executed.
