I just replaced the previous article by an article from the 1911 encyclopedia, as the previous article was a cut'n'paste of http://www.roman-empire.net/collapse/olybrius.html -- JeLuF, Thursday, June 6, 2002

"He was the son of Flavius Anicius Hermogenianus Olybrius, Consul in 395."

Surely this is a mistake—the consul lived almost a century earlier than the emperor! —benadhem 22:14, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As Olybrius died at age 41, we could minus the the years of his age into the birthdate. Keith chau yet (talk • contribs) 05:59, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
